What is Catered Marketing?

Pretty simple concept, actually: Catered marketing is about meeting important marketing goals without taking on permanent staff. Just like a banquet, you hire professionals to come in, take care of the event, clean up, and then leave! You don't need them for day-to-day operations, but when you do need them, you really need them!
